This website is operated by Keerthi Triumph ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "Keerthi Triumph", "Dealership", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Keerthi Triumph.

Keerthi Triumph offers this website, including all information, tools and services made available through this site (collectively the "Service"), to you ("User", "Customer") conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our website and/or booking a test ride or motorcycle or purchasing accessories/services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms") including any additional terms referenced herein or made available by hyperlink.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.

By accessing the website or booking online, the User confirms that:

• They are 18 years of age or above.
• They possess a valid driving licence while availing test rides.
• They will submit authentic, accurate and verifiable documents for booking and registration.

Keerthi Triumph reserves the right to cancel a booking or deny service if the User is found to have misrepresented age, identity, address, documents, or intent.

Users agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The User shall not transmit viruses, bots, malicious code, or attempt to compromise the website.

Online booking will be deemed successful only upon receipt of the specified booking amount through the online payment gateway.

Providing OTP-verified mobile number and e-mail ID is mandatory for booking confirmation and communication.

We strive to display motorcycle images, colors, features, and pricing accurately.

However:

• Specifications, features, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Certain information may be historical or indicative only.
• Users must verify exact specifications and pricing physically at the dealership prior to invoicing.

Any reliance on website information is at the User's own risk.

• Pricing of motorcycles, insurance, registration, finance, accessories and optional items may change at any time without notice.
• Balance (on-road price) is payable directly to the dealership at the time of final invoice.
• Any difference between amount paid and the final invoice must be settled by the User or Dealership as applicable.

Payment gateway charges, if applicable, are borne by the User.

Keerthi Triumph does not store or access your confidential payment information.

Modification:

• A booked motorcycle may be changed to another available model before final net payment is made.
• Any price difference must be paid online to confirm modification.

Cancellation:

• Bookings can be cancelled only before final invoice payment.
• Refund is credited to the same mode of payment used during booking.

Keerthi Triumph reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of:

• Incomplete / unverifiable documents
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Inability to complete RTO registration due to document non-compliance

Test rides scheduled online are subject to:

• Valid driving licence review at dealership
• Vehicle availability and dealership discretion

Test ride bookings do not constitute a contractual guarantee and may be rescheduled or cancelled without assigning reason.

• Registration will be processed through an RTO associated with the dealership.
• Customer must provide acceptable ID/address proof for RTO requirements. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of booking.
• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on supply, registration process, internal logistics, or external dependencies.
• Delivery will take place only at the dealership premises.

After-sales service shall be available at Keerthi Triumph-listed facilities. The User must bring the motorcycle to the service location at their own expense.

The User is solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of:

• Personal details
• KYC and finance documents
• Address proof
• Uploaded documents

Any loss or liability arising from incorrect or fraudulent information shall be borne solely by the User.

All website content including images, product details, dealership information, audio/video materials and design elements are protected by copyright, trademarks and other IP rights.

Users may not copy, modify, republish, transmit, distribute, re-upload or commercially exploit website contents without written consent from Keerthi Triumph.

The website must not be used:

• For unlawful activities
• To harass, abuse, threaten or harm others
• To scrape, spider, crawl or mine data
• To upload malicious code
• To infringe intellectual property rights
• To mislead or impersonate

Violation of prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of access.

The Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available".

Keerthi Triumph does not guarantee that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free
• The results from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

Keerthi Triumph, its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages including:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Inconvenience
• Replacement costs
• Delays in delivery or service availability

The maximum liability of Keerthi Triumph shall be limited to the cost of the motorcycle or service purchased.

The User agrees to indemnify Keerthi Triumph from claims or losses arising out of:

• Breach of Terms
• Misuse of website or Services
• Upload of incorrect documents or false information
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

Keerthi Triumph will not be held liable for delay or non-performance caused by factors beyond reasonable control including:

Acts of God, pandemic, war, government restrictions, natural calamities, labour strikes, trade embargo, cyber-attacks, shutdowns, and unavoidable supply chain disruptions.

Keerthi Triumph may terminate or restrict access to the Service at any time if the User violates Terms of Service or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

Termination does not release the User from payment obligations already incurred.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
